
CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – Guinness has again proving that its dark beer will suit to food culture around the world. This can be seen in recently in Bali on an event called Food Pairing with Guinness, which paired local foods with Guinness dark beer, at Finns VIP Beach Club, Berawa Beach, North Kuta, on Saturday, November 24.
At the event, Guinness invited one of Indonesia’s famous celebrity Chefs Renatta Moeloek for a live cooking towards the finest Balinese foods, which later served with the Guinness dark beer sensation.
Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (FES) brings the experience of enjoying beer and different foods in various cultures. One of the most interesting pairings was between the sensations of Guinness FES, combined with the delicious typical Balinese dish, namely Babi Guling (suckling pig).
Together with Chef Renatta Moeloek, Guinness FES invites Indonesian to enjoy the Guinness Food Pairing with special recipes at several restaurants and bars in Surabaya, Bali and Jakarta.
Besides, Renatta also invites consumers to enjoy the experience of eating local dishes combined with Guinness FES and inviting consumers to provide recommendations on what foods are suitable to be enjoyed with the Guinness FES for a pleasant experience.
To increase daily dining pleasure, people can find the ‘Guinness Recommends’ icon, in restaurants and cafes throughout Indonesia which is marked with Chef Guinness’s hat.
