SANUR, Bali (BPN) – Artotel Sanur relaunched its 24 hours restaurant, Roca, and unveiled its new look and new menu for all day dining, on Wednesday, May 2. Roca first opened in April 2016 to the fanfare of ARTOTEL Sanur-Bali opening Party, the business has luckily gone from strength to strength since that first evening of service.
This further investment has been made in the restaurant with a new look and feel dining room styling with more greeneries and artwork as well as local collaborations. The already artistically designed joint now showcases various tropical plants and blooms, which are juxtaposed by the iconic large modern sculpture by renown world-class artist Pintor Sirait at the side entrance.
The newly revamped menus were designed by the Belgian Executive Chef Manuel Effendi, who joined the ARTOTEL Group last year to open the highly successful ARTOTEL Beach Club and seem to ensure that diners will ever need to leave the property, such as breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert and late-night snacks are all covered.
“We feel we have a superb product here at Roca with exceptional design, fantastic staff and a varied menu. We are delighted in the current climate, to be in a position to upgrade the restaurant and our brand to compound our commitment to the lifestyle and current trend and to Sanur as a tourist destination. We also have firm plans to launch our own signature events to add to the already existing ones such as; Lidah Lokal Indonesian Buffet, Salsa Night, Grilled & Stoked BBQ Night and the ever popular Cocktail Carnival,” Goya A. Mahmud, ARTOTEL Group Regional General Manager Bali explained the reasons behind the relaunching strategy.
Sanur is also blessed with a vibrant tourism where International visitors love to discover the once quaint fishing village just 30 mins away from Kuta or Seminyak with a plethora of few eateries to offer in the area.
