Located in breezy and lush Jalan Sri Wedari, just a few minutes ride uphill from main street Jalan Raya Ubud and offers hearty food experience with gorgeous open views. Opened daily from 11am – 11pm, friendly and tentative staff will serve you wide selection of mouth-watering traditional Balinese food with modern take but also comfort Western fares using only best ingredients available.
Before making your way to the main course, you can try some brilliantly cooked dishes, such as the Tuna Sambal Matah, sliced tuna combined with Balinese chili condiment, then there’s also Ravioli which taste really something special.
On the main course, Tulen offers both Balinese and western with some of the visitor’s favorite namely the Babi Tulen, a delicious dish which combine pork with Balinese flavor, Tuna Bakar Terong Renyah, 250 grams of grilled tuna combined with rice and eggplant, then you also can try Ikan Bakar Plecing Kangkung, a grilled fish combined with rice and vegetable.
Vegetarian options have not been forgotten either so, not to worry if your friends have different food preferences. As for the drinks, you can try Kombucha with two available flavors namely cinnamon and strawberry.
