DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – With the increasing number of visitors to Bali, hotels in Bali have started to gain benefits from it, especially in terms of occupancy.
As experienced by Royal Aventus Hotels International has greatly benefited from this situation specifically for room occupancy in April, May, and June.
Dea Ayu, Sales Manager of Royal Aventus Hotels International, said that in April, Sunrise Aventus Hotel Nusa Dua achieved an occupancy rate of up to 70 percent, as did Dream of Aventus Hotel Kuta and City of Aventus Hotel Denpasar.
May saw a competitive rise in occupancy, reaching 85 percent across all three hotels managed by the group.
According to Dea, although the beginning of June started slower, there was a noticeable increase in the second week of June, coinciding with the long Idul Adha holiday.
This provided Royal Aventus Hotels the opportunity to expand its reach into various global markets. The first step in realizing this was participating in various Travel Fairs.
Dea explained, that by May, Royal Aventus Hotels International had participated in two Table Top events, and took part in the Bali and Beyond Travel Fair held from June 12-14, 2024, at the Bali International Convention Centre, Nusa Dua.
Recognizing this opportunity, Royal Aventus Hotels International is confident in the potential to increase hotel occupancy and meet the business needs of hotels in the coming months.
During this event, the hotel group has already met with sellers from countries such as India, Cambodia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia.
“The enthusiasm of visitors this time is extraordinary. Within half a day, our booth had already been visited by up to 40 agents wanting to collaborate with us,” Dea stated on Thursday (13 June)
Putu Sumiarta, Director of Sales of Royal Aventus Hotels, added, “During this event, we even received requests for several groups from Turkey and India for the coming months. It’s truly remarkable,” he concluded.
Royal Aventus Hotels International is a hotel group with several hotels located in various locations in Bali, such as Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Denpasar, Ketewel, and Ubud.
