CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – Ketumbar Bistro & Bar at The Haven Suites Bali Berawa relaunches its signature dish “Ayam Panggang Sereh Lemo”, on Friday, June 4, 2021. The special Balinese delight previously has existed since the hotel started, but due to the pandemic, this menu was temporarily closed.
The relaunching event was filled with a live cooking demo of the signature dish by Chef Winaya, the Sous Chef of The Haven Suites Bali Berawa.
The “Ayam Panggang Sereh Lemo” menu is relaunched with a more aesthetic appearance and exotic Balinese flavor. The spices seep into the chicken meat and served on an aesthetic wooden plate.
Sunny afternoon in Canggu feels more special with this delicious food created from the combination of grilled chicken that is mixed with various spices, the famous Balinese condiment the Sambal Matah, and Urap (vegetables served with shredded coconut).
