The resort will ensure these protocols are strictly followed; Body temperature checks when entering the resort area, Face masks – required at indoor public areas and when moving around at outdoor areas, all of the employees and associates are instructed to maintain 2 meters or 6 feet of distance from each other at all times.
Washing hands properly and regularly, the employees use disposable gloves for guest-contact associates, provide plenty of hand sanitizers in public areas, and the staff will check-in guests at 12-hour intervals minimum, in order to thoroughly sanitize and ventilate guest rooms.
