UBUD, Bali (BPN – Craftsman Kitchen & Bar, Ubud’s popular eatery for dining experience, is transforming its venue into new-look for crafting quality cuisines and cocktails. 

Open daily from 4PM to 11PM, the new Craftsman Kitchen & Bar offers diners an international fusion with creative contemporary cuisines, curated by talented Chef; Degus Siadja and conceptualized by Managing Director of Craftsman; Degung Siadja.

Degus Siadja explained that the Craftsman’s menu takes inspiration from different cuisines around the world, consists of a generous number of starters and a selection of mains that are recommended to be shared and desserts. 

“Guests can savor our expertly prepared dishes and perfectly mixed cocktails in a stylish, relaxed setting. Whether for a casual meal, a special occasion, or night out with friends,” he said.

Meanwhile, Degung Siadja revealed that the idea to transform Craftsman into Craftsman Kitchen & Bar is to elevate the distinctive taste of creative contemporary flavors to diners, so they have a story to tell after each visit, introducing visitors to a delectable blend of international fusion culinary classics, bold flavors and inventive twists.

In addition, Degung explained that the restaurant is inspired by their family’s history that came from craftsmanship.

“And now we are creating cuisines that are crafted creatively with surprising twist that will bring joy to our guests, as well as the plating and the ambience of our restaurant,” he said.

With seating capacity of 46 persons, Craftsman Kitchen & Bar brings a welcoming vibe of convenience and comfort, with arts decor featured in a modern presentation, where we take pride in crafting quality cuisines and cocktails. 

Located in the heart of Ubud, the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience, combining the freshest local ingredients with innovative recipes that promises an unforgettable dining experience.
