The Ubud Viking Flair and Cocktails Challenge is expected to introduce the art of Flair Bartending to Ubud and encourage a new generation of bar staff to learn more about cocktails.

“This challenge is a chance for all bartenders in Ubud to take their skills to the next level. Not to focus only at flair technique but also to make a tasty beverage and well presented,” said Agung Yoga, President of ABA.

At the event, 27 bartenders including one from Russia showed their talent in the flair category by making two drinks in the Working Flair Exhibition before going into the next round. Each contestant then get to perform for six minutes by offering up two drinks.
