UBUD, Bali (BPN) – Raffles Bali and Syrco BASÈ unveil an exciting collaboration featuring Chef Gaetan Biesuz of Raffles Bali and Chef Syrco Bakker of Syrco BASÈ.

This partnership brings together two award-winning venues to host a one-of-a-kind culinary exploration, set against the backdrop of Bali’s natural wonders: the charming seaside of Jimbaran Bay and the serene heart of Ubud, Bali’s cultural and spiritual centre.

Each location offers a unique approach to nature-inspired ingredients and fosters meaningful connections with the wider community.

Perched on a hill with breathtaking views of Jimbaran Bay, Rumari, meaning the “House of the Sun and the Full Moon,” is a fine dining destination at Raffles Bali.

Under the leadership of Chef Gaetan Biesuz, Rumari is inspired by strong connections with like-minded trade partners, including farmers and artisanal producers.

Rooted in the essence of Balinese, Indonesian, and wider Asian culinary traditions, Syrco BASÈ showcases local products with the core values of Traceability, Nature, and Transparency (TNT).
