DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – A mobile application for shoppers to buy their everyday needs is launched in Bali on Friday, called the Klikgo. The app arrives to answer the increasing trend of online shopping, with service areas currently covering Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Seminyak, and surrounding areas.
According to the Founder of Klikgo Indonesia Hendrawan Lukito, with more than 10 years of experience in retail consumer goods, Klikgo makes it easier for people to shop like shopping at a supermarket, and everything can be done easily through smartphones or Klikgo’s website.
“Klikgo is based on the current trends and the changing market in the community, where activities should be done more efficient, intelligent and selective especially in carrying out shopping activities,” Hendrawan Lukito said.
At the moment, Klikgo provides Express Delivery Service with the delivery time of fewer than 45 minutes for Denpasar area.
Another main feature is a customer can arrange and request the delivery time. While payments can be made through virtual accounts, bank transfers, credit cards, gopay and also cash on delivery (Denpasar area).
Hendrawan explained, Klikgo is also very useful for foreign travelers or expatriates in Bali. With English features, foreigners in Bali will be able to take advantage of Klikgo especially those who have recently settled in Bali and yet to know where to shop.
“Currently, our delivery charge is only IDR 5,000 for the Denpasar area. But for customers who shop for a minimum of IDR 100,000 per transaction, we provide free delivery by using a special promo code,” he explained.
Klikgo Smart Online Grocery Shopping application is available at Playstore for Android users and App Store for iOS users, and can also be accessed via www.myklikgo.com.
