All leads up to the main course of grilled – organically-raised boneless quail from Java with a sauce made from dried hibiscus flowers. Before the final course of a decadent dessert duo, there is a quick stop-over of artisan cheeses locally made in Bali and Java. It’s a gastronomic journey,” said Executive Chef Joseph Antonishek.
