JIMBARAN, Bali (BPN) – A total of 30 photographers in Bali participated in a workshop and photo hunting held by Infinity8 Bali in collaboration with Sinar Photo Bali, on Saturday, September 10, 2022. The event themed “Lifestyle Shoot for Commercial Photography” also presented five professional models as part of Photo Hunting.
Muhsin Anwar, General Manager of Infinity8 Bali said, Infinity8 Bali is there to be one of the creative providers in this case for young photographers who want to channel their hobby and who need the opportunity to develop their photography talents more so that they can master all photography needs such as architecture, interiors, foods, lifestyle and so on.
“We are happy to open opportunities for photographers who want to work with Infinity8 Bali in the future,” said Muhsin Anwar.
The workshop was hosted by a professional photographer, Elfa Surya Rizky, and most of the participants are talented young photographers who are very enthusiastic about adding insight into photography and cinematography.
The main venues for the Photo Hunting were the Infinity Suite Room, Infinity Rooftop, and Infinity Sky Pool areas which are icons of Infinity8 Bali, as here, people can see the sunrise, sunset and Jimbaran aerial views. This is also what makes Infinity Sky Pool one of the best in the Jimbaran.
Gladys Monica Solang, Marketing Communication Manager of Infinity8 Bali, said that this competition received high enthusiasm from the photography community. She hoped through this event, young Balinese photographers will take the challenge and not be afraid to dream of becoming professional photographers.
“Bali is famous for its beautiful landscape, very suitable for all activities from family vacations, weddings, meetings, or even as a choice of housing and retirement. The competition in the field of photography can be fairly tight, but there are also many opportunities that are wide open, let alone Bali has been named as World’s Happiest Holiday Destination,” said Gladys.
Meanwhile, Dedy, the Sinar Photo Bali Event Team, was so happy about the collaboration with Infinity8 Bali for this photography hunting event.
“The main interest is because Infinity8 Bali has an iconic facility, the Infinity Sky Pool which is one of the best in Jimbaran, a very aesthetic rooftop from an architecture side, which is dominated by glasses so that the reflection of clouds and sky give a unique and different feel,” said Dedy.
The photo hunting is the first activity held by Infinity8 Bali, and three winners in the following three categories; architecture, social, and lifestyle photography, will be awarded a voucher to stay at Infinity8 Bali.
Besides, the winners that will be announced on September 13, 2022, via Instagram, will also get the opportunity to display the photo at the Infinity8 Bali lobby.
