CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – FRii Bali Echo Beach held a Media Gathering by inviting journalists to strengthen the relationship between the hotel and the media in Bali.The gathering also to introduce the hotel’s new healthy and delicious menu, the Pan-Fried Salmon with Egg Yolk Sabayon and Beetroot Salad.
Moh. Hasan Bisri, Hotel Manager of FRii Bali Echo Beach, said that the activity aimed to spread positive news about the world of tourism which is getting better so that the world of tourism is reviving.
Besides, it also synergizes the relationship between hotels and media in delivering any related programs during a pandemic such as the CHS and CHSE programs that hotels must-have for the public to know.
“It is a tough year for the tourism industry and the media is always present in campaigning that the World of Tourism is ready for New Normal. In this case also FRii Bali Echo Beach has also passed the CHS certification from the provincial government and the CHSE from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy with very satisfying scores, this is a form of our commitment to always supporting government programs,” said Moh. Hasan Bisri.
The gathering, Moh. Hasan Bisri continued, also to introduce a healthy menu which is one of the newest menus that will be presented at FRii Bali Echo Beach.
“For that, we try to appreciate the media friends by holding this event, with how to make healthy food, delicious and healthy coffee, fresh drinks to keep us in shape, because at this time our priority is always maintained our immunity,” he continued.
At the event, Chef Dedy held a live cooking demonstration by creating one of the menus that can be enjoyed at FRii Bali Echo Beach, namely “Pan-Fried Salmon with Egg Yolk Sabayon and Beetroot Salad”.
Moh. Hasan Bisri said that during this pandemic, it is hoped that both the hotel and the media can work together to build and restore the image of Bali tourism which has recently been severely affected by the pandemic.
