Balian Band

DENPASAR, Bali (BPN)  – Following the success of their recent EP ‘Mind Reader,’ Balian Band is back with a brand-new music video for their song “Missing The Rain,” now available on their YouTube channel.

The video captures the laid-back and warm vibes of Bali, featuring intimate moments with friends in the place they call home.

“Missing The Rain” delves into deep, personal longing, using powerful metaphors of storms and droughts to express the ache of missing someone.

With lyrics like, “I’ll be missing you more and more / As this time goes on / Missing like a farmer missing the rain,” the song invites listeners to feel the weight of waiting for something dearly missed.

Directed by Baskoroprass and produced by Rise Revolt, the music video takes on a simpler yet deeply meaningful approach.

“For this video, we wanted to keep it natural and raw, truly showcasing the band as we are — chilling in Bali, playing at Ed’s house. It was all shot in one day around the Kuta area. It was such a fun, laid-back day, and I think you can really see that in the video!” said Aaron Lawrie, a member of Balian Band.
