SANUR, Bali (BPN) – ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali presents SEEN, an art exhibition in collaboration with Sketchy Tuesday. The opening ceremony was held on February 10, 2023, at Artspace, ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali.
Sketchy Tuesday is an art event platform that holds a meet-up event every once a week, sharing skills, and exhibitions for artists in Bali who are already very well known by art communities.
SEEN tells about the desire for everyone’s identity to be understood and shown. Likewise, the artists at this exhibition, are free to express themselves.
The artists involved include Adrian K, Anandari S, Anroo, Arsy Medina, Jeremy Ley, Kazuaki S, Lyris Saraswati, Nia Anggreinny, Sririzki, Sarita Ibnoe, and Zapp Maldonado. This exhibition will show 66 painting works from all the artists above.
Agus Ade Surya Wirawan, General Manager of ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali said “It has become our commitment to continue to support local artists by facilitating their art exhibitions at Artspace, ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali which is held every two to three months by collaborating with local artists Bali or artists from outside Bali. We also feel very honorable and proud to be able to work together with Sketchy Tuesday and hold an art event that can be enjoyed by all Indonesian contemporary lovers in Bali and especially guests at ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali.”
This SEEN Art Exhibition is the 4th exhibition of Sketchy Tuesday since its establishment in 2020. And it is now in collaboration with ARTOTEL Sanur and Tempa Kultura. SEEN started from February 10 to April 10, 2023.
