NUSA DUA, Bali (BPN) –Embracing the spirit of Balinese Healing Theatre, the Spa at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort introduces Spa Mixology Bar, a moment to craft massage oil, aromatherapy oil, body lotion to natural fragrance with the guidance of The Spa Navigator, to balance body, mind, and soul.
Located right when guests first step into the Spa & Wellness building of the resort, the artisan experience is designed to elevate the personalized journey for different body desires and moods.
Whether to be used for a spa treatment on the day or as a special gift to be brought home, guests are able to blend and name their own mixology products.
Focusing on the treatment oil, the mixology experience is available for a 90-minute spa treatment or longer. It is started with choosing 50 ml of base oil, almond, and virgin coconut oil – an ideal fit for normal to sensitive skin.
The guest will then be able to mix up to three essential oils according to their body’s call of the day. The iconic Mixologist Spa Bar will let the guest be the chef of their own treatment.
For calming and relaxing benefits, Ylang – ylang, Kenanga, Sandalwood, Lavender, and Rose essential oils will be the way to go. For a refreshing and uplifting effect, Lemongrass, Bergamot, and Peppermint are the options. While Eucalyptus, Chamomile, and Citronella oils are the options to get an antiseptic and soothing effect.
