UBUD, Bali (BPN) – The implementation of the strict Protocols on Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in hotels is reinforced to increase the confidence of tourists who visit a tourist destination.
SenS Hotel & Spa + Conference, Ubud Town Centre recently was awarded a CHSE certification by the government to declare that the hotel has fulfilled all the new normal standard protocols, and is ready to welcome guests back to a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for this upcoming season.
In order to receive this certificate, the hotel has implemented several new rigorous protocols, to ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are in place.
The hotel associates are trained to perform contactless services, social distancing, and mask-wearing procedures, and are monitored daily to guarantee 100 percent health before serving the guests.
“We are committed to providing a very safe and healthy environment to the guests and our associates, especially during this pandemic as we are ready to welcoming guests back to the hotel”, said Sven Remo, General Manager of SenS Hotel & Spa.
In terms of Environmental Sustainability, SenS Hotel & Spa is also incorporating a green concept of energy-saving using solar energy as the first large-scale hotel with solar panels for electricity in Ubud.
In utmost consideration of corporate social responsibility toward energy consumption and conservation, solar panels were installed to address lighting requirements for all guest corridors, landscaped areas, and the main hotel entrance. Further, recycling measures for refuse collection and disposal are adopted consistently.
