Santanera Restaurant Launches its Much-Anticipated Lunch Service

CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – Santanera restaurant announces the launch of its much-anticipated lunch service. The restaurant’s innovative menu, delicious drinks, and vibrant atmosphere are sure to excite diners.

The talented chefs, Andres Beccera and German Rincon, have designed a menu that will appeal to anyone looking for a delicious, relaxed lunch with friends or colleagues.

Santanera’s menu features a range of light bites and hearty mains with Latin American flavors, European influences, and fine local ingredients.

Starting on Monday 12 June, Santanera’s lunch service will be available every day from 12 pm until late. The menu boasts a range of mouth-watering dishes, including the ultimate sandwich worth crossing town for – House-made cured pork belly pancetta layered with ham, jicama, Emmental cheese, pickles and mustard, all sandwiched between Vienna-style bread (think croissant but a bit denser) with fennel and sesame seeds.

Enjoy a light salad of Yellowfin tuna with green beans, almond cream and tamarind with lime dressing or indulge in lightly battered Red Mullet with hand-cut chips and tartare sauce.

Other guaranteed favourites include the Octopus with devil egg emulsion and Peruvian purple potatoes; 200G Beef Tenderloin cooked over charcoal and served with Heirloom tomatoes and jalapeño; and Woodfired chicken with smoked pomme puree and chicken jus.

Santanera’s chefs have also crafted an array of delectable desserts, including Churros with dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and dulce de leche for that afternoon coffee and cake fix.

Quench your thirst with freshly made juices, house-made kombucha, mocktails, and cocktails.

Santanera’s three-story restaurant is located amidst the trendy shops and rice fields of Canggu in Bali, Indonesia. The restaurant is the result of a collaboration between nine friends who share a passion for Latin American flavors, European influences, and fine local ingredients.

“We often have customers asking to book for lunch so we decided to open our doors from 12 pm daily. We hope to welcome in a new crowd looking for a light bite or a long lunch. Our private dining room, which seats up to 22 people, is also the perfect space to hold business meetings,” says Chef Andres Beccera
