SANUR, Bali (BPN) – Soul Cafes Bali hosted a special Iftar dinner on Friday, 31 March 2023 to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with members of the media. The event took place at Shotgun Social Bali and was attended by several journalists and media personalities.
Iftar is the meal that Muslims have at sunset to break their fast during the month of Ramadan. It is a time for reflection, community, and gratitude.
Soul Cafes organized the Iftar dinner as a way to share the traditions and values of Ramadan with members of the media, and to foster understanding and dialogue between different communities.
The event began with a welcome address by Abigail Pratomo, PR & Marketing Manager of Soul Cafes Bali, who spoke about the significance of Ramadan and the importance of coming together to break bread and share in each other’s company.
The guests then enjoyed a delicious set menu by Chef’s special selection, from takjil, scrumptious main courses to plate of sweets.
“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to host this Iftar dinner with members of the media. Ramadan is a time for unity and togetherness, and we hope that this event helped to build a firm relationship between Shotgun Social Bali as a venue and Soul Cafes as a company with the media,” Abigail said.
