MANGUPURA, focusbali.com – Adhya group has once again strengthened its business lines after officially opening Navya Villa on Tuesday (12/12). This lovely villa offers calm, quiet, and comfortable vibes despite being located near Canggu and Seminyak.
Navya Villa, located at Jalan Umalas Klecung Gg. XIV No.1, Umalas, Badung, elevates the concept of Tropical Bali with a touch of Mediterranean and offers an experience of a cool atmosphere.
The villa is also the latest addition to the Adhya Group, which operates four business sectors, namely Property & hospitality, Media & Entertainment & Creative, Food & beverage, and Product & Services.
According to Lulu Tantono, CMO of Adhya Group, Nayva Villa is a modern accommodation, which is steeped in the sacred culture and traditions of Bali while also applying contemporary architecture.
“Nayva Villa carries a modern minimalist concept with a mix of Mediterranean and Balinese concepts. The architectural style adapted to the surrounding nature,” she said.
According to Lulu, this villa uses woods and traditional Balinese touches, creating an attractive aesthetic aura.
The villa consists of four units villas for staycations with friends, partners, or families, fully furnished and has complete facilities such as a spacious bedroom, family room, dining room, open kitchen, closed living room, bathtub, pool, and parking space. There are also WiFi, prayer equipment, water heater, and areas for BBQ.
Each villa has a size ranging from 400 m² to 500 m² with a total of 8 bedrooms in the three villas. “Soon, we will expand it to 14 rooms,” said Lulu.
For guests staying for three days, Navya Villa also provides a pick-up service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport.
“And for tourists who want to lease the villa for 1 or 2 years, we are also able to provide villa management,” Lulu closed.
