CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – One of villa management and rental pioneers in Bali, Premier Hospitality Asia (PHM), introduces its latest brand, Talisman Villa Canggu. The 600 square meter villa is located in the Berawa area, Canggu, which brings modern and aesthetic concepts.
President Director of Premier Hospitality Asia, Caroline Santi Sandriany, said that the spirit of Premier Hospitality Asia has never subsided. Even in the midst of the pandemic, PHM gets more motivated so that both villa owners and all staff can still take care of each other and move forward together.
“We have the principle that the company must prioritize human resources, namely villa employees who are mostly from local communities. So, business came second, but the main thing is that we have an obligation as entrepreneurs to ensure that no human resources are harmed,” she said on Friday.
Talisman Villa Canggu has 2 units of private villas that are identically designed, but still have their own character, namely, Villa Onyx and Villa Ruby, which represent Talisman Villa Canggu that is dynamic and suitable for anyone who wants a modern and minimalist vacation.
Each unit has 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and an LED TV. For those who look for Work from Bali or Work from Villa, Talisman Villa Canggu can be a perfect option, with a Wi-Fi connection in all areas and a work desk in the main room
The villa also has a semi-outdoor swimming pool, so privacy is fully protected, and guests also can enjoy the sunset on the rooftop of each villa.
Since its opening in early 2021, Talisman Villa Canggu has had an average occupancy of over 70 to 90 percent. A remarkable achievement during this pandemic situation.
Regarding the target market, Caroline explained that both domestic and foreign tourists have different characters on the length of stay.
“Domestic tourists are generally on daily basis. While European tourists prefer monthly, that’s why our occupancy rate in July 2021 reached 98 percent,” she said.
Meanwhile, the General Manager of Business Development and Client Relations at Talisman Villa, Fanny Budi Iriani, explained that so far, the villa offers the room at normal prices.
“Even with normal prices, there are still many guests who stay at our villa,” Fanny explained.
Asst. Director of Sales Dayu Werdiari added, the villa sets a price of IDR 3.5 million per day and IDR 50 million++ for a monthly package.
Talisman Villa Canggu is the 14th villa managed by Premier Hospitality Asia, and they also plan to manage more properties up to 20 units in the Badung and Gianyar areas, considering that Bali is still a viable investment target and the promising domestic market.
