SEMINYAK, Bali (BPN) – Jean Hélière, General Manager of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, has been appointed as the Bali Hotels Association’s (BHA) new chairman.
Jean Hélière began his position as the General Manager of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach in 2019 and has since been an active member of BHA organizing its programs like community relations and charity initiatives.
His significant contribution to the association has helped and empower communities by carrying out and distribute donations as well as supports to orphanages and disability programs all over the island. Through his meaningful efforts, he has been appointed as the association’s new chairman.
“I am honored and humbled to be appointed as the Chairman of Bali Hotels Association. I am dedicated to keep working on the association’s efforts and initiatives to develop the communities around the island, especially through this difficult time. I am also committed to seek opportunities in making significant improvements in our efforts to promote our beloved paradise island as a safe destination by bringing together the local government, people, and Bali’s strong tourism and hospitality industry players to ready ourselves in reopening the island,” Hélière said.
With his long-standing career in the hospitality industry, which spanned over two decades, and extensive knowledge and experience of a luxury brand, Jean Hélière is a great asset to both Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach as well as the efforts and initiatives of BHA.
Under his leadership, the hotel will continue to provide guests with a unique experience found nowhere else in the world while keeping the association’s community programs like education and training, environment programs, government relations, safety and security, and many others.
“My role as the chairman of Bali Hotels Association will also bring great awareness to Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach as our hotel is also committed to not only offer a vibrant and unique experience to our guests but also empowering the local communities and our neighborhood,” he added.
Bali Hotels Association (BHA) is dedicated to promoting the island as a quality destination for travelers from all walks of life. The association played an instrumental role in keeping Bali as the most desirable tourism destination in Asia through the warmth and hospitality of its people.
In doing so, it has brought together General Managers of hotels, villas, and resorts to have a common voice on issues on tourism and hospitality industries as well as facilitate the development of the Balinese community, education, and environmental initiatives.
