Samsul explained that the main target of Hibachi Voyage is meat lovers in Bali, including foreign and domestic tourists and local residents.
Therefore all the meat served to the guests was imported directly from abroad including the ingredients. Samsul also assured the dishes at Hibachi will be very satisfying its guests since the owner of the restaurant, Ita and Graham are food enthusiasts and both are very understand on how to serve the dishes to satisfy the customers.
“Hibachi Voyage is not just F & B, but also entertainment that does not exist elsewhere,” Samsul said. At Hibachi, experienced chefs will demonstrates the cooking techniques that will be served for guests. So guests will directly see how their orders are cooked by chefs who all have previous experience in USA.
