DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – Hatten Wines in collaboration with Prambanan Kencana, hosted the Mediterranean Bread & Wine Festival, an exclusive event celebrating the perfect blend of artisan bread and high-quality wine on Thursday (September 12).
The event offered a sensory experience combining artisan bread from Prambanan Kencana with selected wines from Hatten Wines.
According to Ida Bagus Rai Budarsa, Founder and CEO of Hatten Wines, the festival is an annual event starting in 2020.
The Mediterranean Bread & Wine Festival welcomed over 100 exclusive guests from the B2B sector in Bali, where they enjoyed artisan bread specially crafted by Master Baker Ingo Wenseritt.
“The breads, made with the finest techniques and ingredients, paired with selected wines, provided a unique culinary experience,” he said.
The event also allowed guests to interact with other industry professionals and delve into knowledge about food and wine pairings.
Rai Budarsa added that the event aimed to promote new products to the hospitality industry. He also hopes that Bali’s tourism can continue to enhance its quality by developing products in line with market trends.
“It is crucial for the industry to keep innovating to avoid stagnation and create new products that fit the international market,” he said.
