Placing #2 in the large-sized organization category in 2024, this achievement marks Hilton’s second consecutive win following its inaugural recognition in 2023. The award highlights Hilton’s ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, empowering workplace.

Since May 2024, when the resort celebrated its 20th anniversary, each episode has highlighted one team member and been shared across the resort’s social media platforms.
