UBUD, Bali (BPN) – Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud announced the opening of its meeting room “Taman Wedari”, on Monday. This new meeting room can accommodate up to 120 persons, it is available for various meeting set up from classroom style of 60 to 80 persons, u-shape style of 60-70 persons, round table style of 60-65 persons to theater-style of 100-120 persons.
“We are excited to introduce our new modern meeting rooms for the medium and small or intimate event. This will strengthen our position in Ubud,” said Alit Martini, General Manager for Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud.
According to Alit Martini, Ubud has a big prospect towards MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) tourism for Bali. It is proven by the number of requests they received for a meeting venue, even since before the meeting room is launched.
“We received requests for meeting venue even before the meeting room launched. Now that our meeting room is ready to use, we believe it can boost the increase in our occupancy up to seven percent,” she said.
Taman Wedari is the perfect venue for modern meeting generation that focuses on integrated technology including modern presentation technology, Wi-Fi, and e-concierge technology.
Located at the lower ground hotel, this meeting room is inspired by the area of Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud’s where situated in between two parks, Taman Kaje and Taman Wedari, with the rice-field view that allows the guest to immerse themselves more easily in the meeting in Ubud.
“Our new meeting room is completed with modern features and the highest-standard facilities to cater to business travelers. It also has a green natural view,” Alit Martini continued.
