DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – Bali’s food and beverage (F&B) community gathered at Temple by Ginger Moon on 15 April 2026 for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
Hosted by the Bali Restaurant and Café Association (BRCA), the monthly event brought together industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts to explore ideas and solutions shaping the future of the island’s F&B sector.
Held at the restaurant of BRCA founding member Chef Dean Keddell, the gathering forms part of an ongoing series hosted at rotating venues across Bali.
Designed as an open and inclusive platform, the initiative aims to strengthen industry ties while fostering dialogue around key challenges and opportunities within the region’s hospitality landscape.

Each BRCA gathering brings together sustainability leaders, local farmers and producers, as well as F&B business experts and entrepreneurs, creating an interactive environment for knowledge sharing and cross-sector collaboration.
Previous speakers have included representatives from Eco Mantra, Terra Water, Astungkara Way, Shiva Industries, Eco Bali, and Chop Value, reflecting a continued focus on sustainability as a key priority for Bali’s evolving F&B industry.
