DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – Bali recorded three new confirmed cases as of Sunday, April 26, bringing the total number to 186.
Besides, five more patients also have recovered from COVID-19 on the island, bringing the total number to 75.
“As of today, five patients have recovered, all are Indonesians and migrant workers,” said Deputy Chairman of Bali COVID-19 task force Dewa Made Indra, in Denpasar, Sunday.
As for the newly confirmed cases, Dewa Indra explained the three are infected from imported cases.
The imported cases also still dominate most of the confirmed cases in Bali, while the local transmission reached 41 cases.
While the Indonesia Government recorded another 65 patients have recovered as of Sunday, bringing the total number to 1,107.
According to the government spokesperson for COVID-19 Achmad Yurianto, Indonesia also recorded 275 new confirmed cases, bringing the total number to 8,882.
While the death toll increased by 23, bringing the total fatalities to 743.
