Artotel Group Presents F&B Signature Menu “Nusantara Delights”, Showcasing Indonesian Local Culinary Wealth

JAKARTA (BPN/PR) – ARTOTELGroup introduces a special F&B Nusantara Delights menu program. Inspired by various Indonesian spices, this menu is available in all hotels with the ARTOTEL brand starting August 7, 2023.

Nusantara Delights is a food and beverage dish created by ARTOTELGroup Corporate Executive Chef, Rendiputra Pratama Saroengallo and Corporate Restaurant & Bar Manager, Novianto Benito.

By carrying out the fusion concept, the basic ingredients used to create these menus are Indonesian herbs and spices but served in a modern way.

There are 3 signature food menus and 2 signature drink menus that are presented, including:

  • Nasi Goreng Kemangi, fried rice made from basil leaves so that it has a distinctive aroma, served with a sunny-side-up egg and traditional
  • Salmon Woku, salmon with buttered rice sprinkled with pieces of corn and green beans served with authentic Manado Woku sauce and Dabu-Dabu sauce for rich flavor.
  • Laksa Iga, laksa with rich spiced coconut milk and beef, served with ribs short beans, boiled eggs, fried beancurd, vermicelli, and long beans.
  • Kesuna Cekuh, a drink made from infused rum, kalamansi, soursop, and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper powder on top, makes this drink taste unique to be enjoyed.
  • Jaka Nungkha, a sweet drink made from a mixture of bay leaf-infused gin, tio pepe sherry, mashed jackfruit, green truffle oil, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, and coconut

Corporate Executive Chef ARTOTELGroup, Rendiputra Pratama Saroengallo said, “As a form of pride for Indonesian local culinary wealth, we want to represent these values by serving dishes in our restaurants. We are trying to create a new menu concept, Indonesian specialties served in a fusion concept and also modern, but still with Indonesian taste. So, the Indonesian culinary identity will not disappear.”

Corporate Restaurant & Bar Manager ARTOTELGroup, Novianto Benito also added, “Basically, through the Nusantara Delights menu, especially the new cocktails menu, we are offering a new way to enjoy Indonesian flavors. We hope that our signature menu will be accepted and become our guests’ favorite menu.”

Nusantara Delights can be enjoyed at all F&B outlets of the ARTOTEL hotel brand, across Indonesia.
