TABANAN, Bali (BPN) – Bali’s iconic destination, Tanah Lot, has successfully attracted thousands of visitors at the beginning of 2025. Tanah Lot’s management recorded approximately 49 thousand visitors from January 1 to 11, 2025, both domestic and international tourists.
According to Putu Toni Wirawan, Assistant Operational Manager of Tanah Lot, the highest number of visitors occurred on January 1, 2025, with a recorded 9,529 people consisting of 7,885 domestic tourists and 1,644 international tourists.
“In 10 days, it’s almost close to 50 thousand tourists,” said Toni Wirawan on Saturday (January 11, 2025).

Anticipating the recent bad weather, Toni said he had coordinated with all field officers to monitor the presence of tourists in the Tanah Lot area.
His party also always provides information through loudspeakers spread in several corners of the area so that tourists are always alert and follow the signs and rules.
“We are always vigilant, always responsive, and quick to react if there are any unwanted incidents. Hopefully, it doesn’t happen. We always pray to God. Hopefully, we are protected,” he explained.
In 2025, the management will continue to serve tourists wholeheartedly while still prioritizing the 5S, namely Salam (greeting), Sapa (acknowledge), Senyum (smiling), Sopan (polite), and Santun (humble).
He added that the entrance ticket price to the Tanah Lot for Foreign Tourists is IDR 40,000 for children and IDR 75,000 for adults.
