On December 24th for dinner and on December 25th for lunch and dinner, Mozaic will be hosting a special dining experience with a menu specially curated by Chef Chris Salans, featuring fine ingredients from across the world – such as Oysters in Champagne sauce, Lobster, Foie, Venison, Valrhona Chocolate, and edible Gold – combined with the freshest of Indonesian spices.
The festive menu will feature a marriage of Christmas traditions with modern French cooking techniques and Indonesian flavors like no other.
On December 31st come to celebrate New Year’s at Mozaic with a dinner-themed ‘Back to the Future’. Inspired by the ’80s, Mozaic aims to put the pandemic behind us for the night and look to the future with hope.

The dinner event will showcase the next evolution of Mozaic’s cuisine presenting new dishes from Chef Chris Salans who guarantees one of the most exclusive dinner events on the island while showcasing the best food and ingredients such as Hokkaido Scallops, Yellowtail Hamachi, Fatty Tuna Belly, Fresh Winter Black Truffles, Grade 9+ Wagyu Striploin, and Valrhona Chocolate.
For those who prefer to be at home, the restaurant offers Dine at Home services where professionally-trained chefs and waiters will be sent to cook and serve customers.

Celebrate in the comfort of your own home, or rental villa, while enjoying restaurant-quality food, masterfully created, plated, and served by Mozaic’s dedicated team of experts.
