Aircraft Movements and New International Routes

General Manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Nugroho Jati, said the dominance of international passenger and aircraft traffic was driven by stronger air connectivity.

“In 2025, there were 13 newly activated international routes, several of which were inaugural routes that had never existed before, such as Newcastle (Australia), Cheongju (South Korea), Saigon (Vietnam), and Sichuan (China). This shows that demand for travel to Bali is very positive,” said Nugroho Jati.
