KUTA, Bali (BPN) – In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, which falls on May 27, 2026, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel distributed sacrificial animals as part of its social care initiative and corporate commitment to supporting communities in Bali and Lombok.
This activity was carried out in collaboration with Artha Graha Peduli Bali to assist in the distribution process and ensure the donations reached communities in need.
This year, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel distributed a total of 2 cows and 3 goats to several mosques and prayer houses across Bali and Lombok.
The distribution was carried out as follows:
- 1 cow to Islamic Boarding School Qamarul Huda, Lombok
- 1 cow to Al-Amin Mosque, Bali
- 1 goat to Nurhasanah Mosque, Bali
- 1 goat to Minhajul Athfal Mosque, Bali
- 1 goat to Al Muhajirin Mosque, Bali
This initiative is part of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel’s Corporate Social Safety Responsibility (CSSR) program, which is regularly conducted to strengthen relationships with local communities while fostering values of togetherness and social compassion.
General Manager of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Luis Daniel Garcia, stated that Eid al-Adha serves as a meaningful occasion to share blessings and strengthen harmonious relationships with surrounding communities.
“Eid al-Adha teaches the values of sincerity, compassion, and togetherness. Through this qurban activity, we hope to provide meaningful benefits to the community while further strengthening the positive relationship between Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel and the communities in Bali and Lombok,” said Luis Daniel Garcia.
