The event brought together partners, clients, and key industry stakeholders to commemorate a decade of growth and the company’s evolving role within Indonesia’s yachting sector.
Founded as a brokerage-focused business, Yacht Sourcing has since evolved into a full-service yacht advisory platform, supporting clients across acquisition, ownership structuring, and co-ownership opportunities.
Over the past decade, the company has worked with a diverse portfolio of international yacht brands, private clients, and Indonesian maritime assets—including traditional phinisi vessels—contributing to a more structured and informed yacht ownership market in Indonesia.
Expanding beyond ownership, Yacht Sourcing also introduced its subsidiary, By & Large, a charter-focused platform offering a curated fleet of luxury yachts and tailored on-water experiences in Bali.
The platform reflects a strategic approach to activating yacht assets—enabling owners to optimize utilization while introducing a wider audience to the yachting lifestyle through professionally managed charter programs.
