CANGGU, Bali (BPN) – Mosto rolls out the red carpet for the king of cocktails and master of all things sustainability.
Matt Whiley, direct from Sydney’s RE – The world’s first zero waste cocktail bar, will make his Bali debut alongside Denny Bakiev for a one-night-only collaboration, on November 30th, from 6 PM till wasted.
Recently nominated for International Bartender of the Year at this year’s Spirited Awards in New Orleans and ranked number 46 in the World’s top 50 bars, Matt Whiley is the man who’s changed your drinking even if you don’t realize it.
“If you haven’t drunk one of his cocktails, you’ve drunk one inspired by them,” says London Newspaper Evening Standard.
While celebrating his part in the global sustainability movement in cocktail making, this event hones in on a local approach, with the aim to bring together ethically crafted brands made here in Indonesia, including Limo Aperitivo and Nusa Cana Rum with the intention of encouraging a reduction in environmental impact, conscious ingredient selection, and waste handling.
