KUTA, Bali (BPN) – One more restaurant opened in Kuta offers authentic and delicious Indonesian and Balinese foods. The Nasi Campur, located at Jl. Nakula, Gang Baik-Baik, opened on Thursday, May 17, featuring original Balinese dishes with several variants of menu including lamb fried rice, chicken betutu, Nasi Campur, and many other authentic special menus.

“We are hoping The Nasi Campur can be a new option to enjoy local foods for both local people and tourists who want to taste Indonesian and Balinese culinaries,” Ari Putra, owner of The Nasi Campur said.

The name of The Nasi Campur itself is taken from one of Indonesia’s most famous cuisines. Nasi campur, consists of rice with various Indonesian dishes. It has been one of the favorite foods in Indonesia.

Ari claimed if the whole dishes is free from the use of MSG. “We avoid using MSG so we assure you we serve healthy food,” he said.

Besides, The Nasi Campur also offers special drink that is made with coconut water as the basic ingredient.

With the classical design of Indonesia’s “joglo” as the building concept, The Nasi Campur is expected to provide a different atmosphere in the middle of the glamorous tourism of Seminyak area with a very affordable price.

In addition to local food, The Nasi Campur also offers international standard coffee, where coffee beans are used from local farmers in Kintamani, Bangli Regency, whose coffee quality is one of the best in the world.

“This is done to support local products and to introduce it to the world through tourist who come to Bali,” Ari explained.
