SANUR, Bali (BPN) – ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali presents an art exhibition in collaboration with Rupa Bali titled Feeling Good. The exhibition takes place from April 14 to June 14, 2023, at ARTSpace, ARTOTEL Sanur – Bali.
Feeling Good was taken from the song that was first sung by Anthony Newly and Leslie Bricusse, which was being rearranged by musicians and singers like Michael Buble, MUSE, Avicii, and Nina Simone.
The Art Exhibition tells many things, according to those captured in the lyrics of the song Feeling Good, then poured into certain forms such as abstract with the diversity of textile art methods.
The portrayal of humans, daily reflections, wit, and softness that are taken from the song lyrics, are outlined by Balinese artists with their respective styles.
Rupa Bali brought nine local artists from Bali, including Rosemarie Sutanto, Sakde Oka, Siji, UNCLEJOY, Gusade, Ni Wayan Penawati, Pradnya Paramita, Vita Wulansari, and Arde Wiyasa. In total 14 works of art will be presented at this art exhibition.
