DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – The Monarch Bali Dalung welcomes new intake of 821 students for the 2025/2026 academic year.
These hundreds of new students are officially inducted during the “Bright Hospitality Awareness 5 Days” event held at Hotel Aston Denpasar on Monday (July 7, 2025), and will be closed on July 11, 2025.
I Putu Rucita, Director of Vocational Training Institute (LPK) Monarch Bali Dalung, said that the event is part of Monarch’s commitment to producing superior human resources capable of competing in both domestic and international tourism industries.
“This is certainly our responsibility to provide training that genuinely meets the industry’s expectations,” Rucita stated.
Over these five days, Rucita mentioned that the event features series of activities including soft skills training, mental coaching, introduction to the world of work, as well as social and cultural activities.
Each module is designed with a different theme, tailored to the needs, expertise, skills, and knowledge expected to be implemented in the hospitality industry.
Meanwhile, I Made Agus Pudiana, Head of Training and Certification at the Badung Regency Department of Industry and Manpower, stated that the presence of Monarch Bali Dalung is highly beneficial to his department.
“This LPK is immensely helpful to us. This LPK prepares competent candidates by equipping them with skills, knowledge, and of course, good attitudes,” Pudiana remarked.
Agus Pudiana expressed his appreciation for Monarch Bali’s commitment to producing excellent professional workers.
“Monarch Bali has shown its consistency in educating and preparing young generations who are ready to work and are certified. We hope that graduates will be able to become the backbone of the tourism industry in Bali, and Indonesia,” Agus Pudiana concluded.
