KUTA, Bali (BPN) – In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, Fairfield by Marriott Bali, South Kuta presents Nusantara Iftar, a special breaking-of-the-fast experience that showcases the rich and diverse flavors of Indonesia at Dery’s Restaurant.
The program is available from 19 February to 17 March 2026, daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Inspired by a culinary journey across the archipelago, Nusantara Iftar features an extensive selection of Indonesian specialties representing the nation’s vibrant gastronomic heritage.
Guests can begin their iftar with traditional takjil such as dates, kolak pisang (banana in coconut milk), assorted fritters, and traditional market sweets, followed by hearty main courses including Rawon (East Javanese black beef soup), Opor Ayam (chicken in coconut gravy), Grilled Fish with sambal dabu-dabu, Balinese Chicken Soup, as well as a variety of regional rice and noodle dishes.
Two rotating menu selections are offered to provide variety throughout the season, complemented by a live Mie Godog station, freshly prepared to enhance the warm and communal dining atmosphere.
Nusantara Iftar is priced at IDR 250,000++ per person, inclusive of free-flow iced tea and mineral water. A minimum 24-hour advance reservation is required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
