Yacht Sourcing Launches Co-ownership Program with Al Dhaen 310 Center Console

“Introducing a new, accessible way to experience yacht ownership in Bali”

DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – Yacht Sourcing has officially launched its Co-Ownership Program, a new initiative designed to make yacht ownership more accessible while maintaining the ease, exclusivity, and service the brand is known for.

The program debuts with the Al Dhaen 310 Center Console, a versatile, high-performance day cruiser ideal for exploring Bali’s surrounding waters.

With an entry price of USD 20,000 (approximately IDR 320 million) per share, Yacht Sourcing is currently looking for five co-owners to join the inaugural program—offering an exclusive opportunity to experience yacht ownership at a fraction of the usual cost.

The program offers a practical alternative for those who aspire to own a yacht but prefer a more efficient approach.

Through shared ownership, clients can enjoy all the privileges of yacht ownership while Yacht Sourcing handles every operational detail—from maintenance and berthing to insurance and management.

“The idea behind co-ownership is simple,” said Boumedienne Senous, Founder of Yacht Sourcing. “Many people dream of owning a yacht, but few use it as often as they expect. Co-ownership gives our clients the freedom to enjoy the yachting lifestyle without the unnecessary expense or responsibility. It’s yacht ownership made smart.”

Boumedienne adds, “There’s a sense of prestige that comes with owning a yacht—it’s not just about access to the sea, but about belonging to a lifestyle defined by freedom, craftsmanship, and distinction. With this program, we’re making that prestige attainable without compromise.”

Built to RINA Class A certification, the Al Dhaen 310 Center Console measures 9.40 meters (30’10”) in length with a beam of 2.75 meters (9’0”), offering both performance and comfort.

Its deep-V hull ensures a smooth, stable ride, powered by twin outboard engines of up to 600HP.

The layout accommodates up to ten passengers, featuring a large center console with a freshwater sink and electric toilet, a wet bar, and premium seating with ample storage—ideal for day trips to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, or the Gili Islands.

Each share includes guaranteed usage periods and a fully managed experience, ensuring owners can simply arrive and enjoy the ride.

When not in use by its co-owners, the Al Dhaen 310 will be chartered exclusively through By&Large, Yacht Sourcing’s dedicated charter division.

This allows owners to benefit from additional charter income, with profits distributed proportionally among the shareholders—combining personal enjoyment with practical investment value.

Following the launch, Yacht Sourcing plans to expand the Co-Ownership Program to include a range of models from renowned international yacht builders such as Rizzardi, offering clients even more options tailored to their lifestyle and cruising preferences.

The launch marks an important step in Yacht Sourcing’s mission to redefine yacht ownership in Indonesia.

By combining convenience, community, and craftsmanship, the Co-Ownership Program opens the door to a new generation of yacht owners ready to explore Bali from the water.
