DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) – Bali is set to once again host the international food and beverage exhibition, Bali Interfood 2025, for the sixth time. The event will take place at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) from September 10–12, 2025.
According to Krista Exhibitions CEO Daud D Salim, the exhibition will feature a diverse range of international products and innovations in the food & beverage, bakery ingredients, HORECA (hotel, restaurant, café) & baking equipment, and supporting technology and services sectors.
The event will host 110 exhibitors, including 40 SMEs, from 17 countries, such as Belgium, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA, and Vietnam, with the exhibition targeting 15,000 visitors.
The primary goal of the event is to create various business opportunities for all participants to promote their products, establish collaborations, and allow visitors to discover new innovations in the food and beverage industry.
It will also showcase the latest technology in food, beverages, coffee, tea, wine, bakery, HORECA, catering services, raw materials, equipment, and processing and packaging technology.
Bali Interfood 2025 aims to highlight the potential of Indonesian culinary arts, including authentic Balinese cuisine, to become more widely known to both domestic and international tourists.
The exhibition is expected to serve as a showcase for a variety of Indonesian dishes, support tourism growth, and open new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector.
Daud D Salim noted that the Bali Interfood 2025 is part of a series of food and beverage events organized by Krista Exhibitions in three major Indonesian cities: Surabaya (East Food Indonesia), Bali (Bali Interfood), and the main event, SIAL (Salon International de l’Alimentation) Interfood, will be held on November 12–15, 2025, at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, featuring over 1,200 exhibitors from 25 countries.
“In addition, various latest technologies that are beneficial in the food and beverage processing industry will be showcased,” Salim said. “We invite industry players, entrepreneurs, professionals, and the general public to attend and be a part of Bali Interfood 2025.”
As part of the event, a Business Matching program will serve as a strategic meeting platform for exhibitors and buyers, distributors, and investors.
This is intended to open new collaboration opportunities and expand business networks in the food, beverage, and HORECA sectors.
The event is open to business professionals, buyers, importers, distributors, HORECA entrepreneurs, as well as representatives from modern and traditional retail.
According to the Chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Bali, Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati (Cok Ace), the exhibition is crucial for local entrepreneurs and will have a positive impact on Bali’s tourism sector.
“For three days, Bali Interfood will benefit tens of thousands of hotel rooms, helping the economy to circulate in Bali. This event will support Bali in becoming not only a cultural tourism destination but also a culinary tourism,” he said.
Cok Ace hopes the event will be held annually as a promotional platform for businesses in Bali.
The Chairman of the Bali Tourism Board, Ida Bagus Agung Partha Adnyana, highlighted Bali’s immense potential for culinary development as a new tourist attraction.
He mentioned the rapid growth of restaurants in Bali, especially in the Canggu area, which has become a major draw for international tourists.
“Almost every day, a new restaurant opens in the Canggu area. This proves that Bali is the best place to build a future culinary business. Through exhibitions like the Bali Interfood, we want local Indonesian food to become more known and a choice for the international community,” he stated.
He added that the culinary sector not only supports tourism but also empowers local SMEs.
Promoting local food products through international exhibitions can create significant opportunities for them to enter the global market. Organizing more culinary events in Bali can also support Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) activities.
“This festival can build a wider network, share innovations, and elevate Balinese cuisine to a world-class level,” he hoped.
Visitors can register online via the official exhibition website until September 9, 2025. On-site registration is also available for an entrance fee of Rp100,000, which is valid for the three-day event.
