Australia Showcases Educational Opportunities at the 2025 Udayana University International Education and Culture Festival

DENPASAR, Bali (BPN) -The Australian Consulate-General in Bali established an educational booth at the 5th Udayana University International Education and Culture Festival being held in Denpasar on 7 and 8 November.

Australia’s Consul for Public Diplomacy in Bali, Lachlan Norton, attended the festival, which was opened by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Udayana University, Prof. I Nengah Sujaya.

Australia is one of the world’s top study destinations for international students, and the booth highlighted its world-class schools, universities and vocational education.

This year, the Consulate-General collaborated with the Australia Indonesia Youth Association (AIYA) Bali Chapter to run several fun activities, including various giveaways and Australian snacks.

On the second day of the festival, AIYA provides a presentation about their membership and how they connect students to opportunities across both Indonesia and Australia.

While visiting the Australian booth, Consul Norton said, “I am delighted that the Australian Consulate-General in Bali is once again participating in the International Education and Culture Festival at Udayana University. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to see what Australia has to offer through its world-class education system. Activities like this strengthen the already strong partnership between our two countries.”
